Good morning,
Does anyone know who I should enter as the supplier for training via the SME portfolio? This is via Vlaio, but it does not appear to be a private person or a company.

Good morning,
Does anyone know who I should enter as the supplier for training via the SME portfolio? This is via Vlaio, but it does not appear to be a private person or a company.
You must enter the training provider as the supplier (this is a training institution recognised by VLAIO). They will send you an invoice. You only pay VLAIO your share of that invoice (excl. VAT). You must pay the vAT yourself to the training institution. If you are subject to VAT, you can simply deduct the vAT (as with other invoices). Once you have paid the VAT to the training institution and VLAIO has paid the amount excl. VAT to the training institution (this only happens after you have paid your own share to VLAIO and you have instructed VLAIO to pay), you can mark the invoice as paid.
The part that VLAIO pays must be entered manually as a receipt from a private person (no vAT due).
For Dexxter, it will then appear as if you have paid the full amount to the training institution and that you have received on the premium from VLAIO.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
