I would like to change an invoice, specifically the invoice number.
I searched for it and found the article ‘The numbering of your sales invoices’, which refers to settings, general, and says you can do this on the right, but I can’t find that option back on this page. Is that possible?

You are absolutely right, the article still referred to 'settings' -> 'general'. Due to an update, this has now changed and can be found under 'settings' -> 'sales invoice'.

As I understand it now, I can only change the next invoice number?

You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
