I normally sell goods or services, but I would like to give a workshop on what I normally sell. How does invoicing work? Do I issue invoices for each person who participates in the workshop?
This would be in collaboration with a coffee shop, which offers the participants a drink, and we question 30 euros for the workshop total, including materials (it is a pilot project and the material costs are quite low).
Either create an invoice for everyone or work with daily receipts. How do you see the collaboration? Because it seems to me that someone will always have to invoice the other person.
I'd be happy to take a look! In the previous year (when I was still working with an accountant), I created an invoice for each workshop for a "private person" for that amount. I see on this platform that you could also work with daily receipts, but I actually find creating an invoice quick and convenient. I notice that when you create an invoice for a private person, you still have to provide a name (required), but this is of course not one person but a group of people. I am curious to know how you enter this 'correctly'.
I have already created an invoice for 'private person' and filled in 'private person' as the name, which is also stated on the invoice. I think this is correct. Confirmation from someone else is always welcome :)
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
