Question

How do I put the next situation on paper for invoicing?

I have cleared out a property following a death (clothes, household goods, decorations, paintings, books, etc.). I have agreed with the son that I will get the goods to sell in exchange for clearing out the property plus an additional £200 to pay.

In this case, it seems to me that you are buying from him rather than the other way around. So I don't think you should issue a sales invoice, but rather the son should. In any case, good luck! Best regards, Gitta

Thank you
