Forgot to file a special vAT return

Submit that return as soon as possible! You'll have to rectify this anyway, and if you do so on your own initiative, the vAT authorities will be more forgiving.

I am VAT exempt, make purchases in Europe (without VAT), register suppliers as 'company inside the EU' and therefore have to submit a special return every quarter.
