What does an IC declaration mean and when am I required to submit it?
Hello,
An IC listing, or intra-Community listing, is a summary of goods and services that a company sells to other VAT-registered businesses within the European Union (EU) and must (usually) be submitted on a quarterly basis.
The deadline for this is the same as for the vAT declaration, namely the 20th day after each quarter. However, you will only have to submit an iC declaration if you have actually sold goods or services to subject to VAT businesses in other EU countries.
All information about this can also be found in the next article: https://dexxter.be/ic-listing-of-intracommunautaire-listing/
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
