I started in September 2022 and still need to make the fourth quarter from the previous year okay. In the video, I saw how you can reopen a quarter from previous year: by going to SETTINGS, GENERAL, and then opening the fourth quarter of previous year. Then I enter all the details from my sales invoice under income, but when I try to save, I get a message saying ‘financial year is closed’. How can I fix this?
