Dear Sir/Madam, I have received on the tax assessment notice from taxes on commercial premises. Can you enter this as a cost in accounts?

I think so. In any case, the cost category "various costs & taxes" states the following:

Miscellaneous costs & taxes

General expenses

Main occupation

Provincial tax on businesses, municipal tax on businesses, etc.
