I want to offer a digital product on my site. I do this via the WIX site with the Wix webshop (which generates its own invoices), payments are processed via mollie (which also generates its own invoices), and my accounting app is Dexxter (of course ;-)). But now I’m wondering how I can fix all this in terms of accounting, because now I’m using Peppol. I sell B2B, so I’m a bit lost at the moment.
Upload sales invoices from Wix to Dexxter, but you have to upload them all to keep the numbering in order.
Otherwise, register them as daily receipts for B2C and for B2B, transfer them manually (i.e., don't upload the Wix invoice) to an invoice via Dexxter to be sent with the Peppol network. I do the same with my Jouwweb website.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
