Question

Hi

I work as a graphic designer, for which I create quotations and invoices. But I also have a webshop where I sell products (via a Wix website with webshop). When a customer buys something from my webshop, how should I register this in Dexxter? An invoice will be automatically created for the customer via my webshop. Do I have to create an invoice in Dexxter for every sale with exactly the same details to keep my accounts accurate, or is there an easier/more efficient way than having to copy everything twice?

Kind regards,
Annelies

You can upload the (scanned/digital) invoice from Wix go to Dexxter: Income>Sales invoice>Blue button "Upload invoice". You will then need to enter the details, similar to your purchase invoices.

Hi. Thanks for the feedback, but this is a lot of double work. Do I have to list all the products separately on the invoice I create, or can I just split the products into 21% and 6% with a reference to the Wix invoice, which is attached anyway?

Kind regards,
Annelies</

If this concerns private individuals, I believe you can also enter this income via "daily receipts".
This allows you to bundle everything into a single amount per day.
For tax purposes, you will still need to be able to account for this with your "detailed" invoices created by Wix.

i don't know if you can also do this for companies subject to VAT
But in that case, you will also have to deal with your customer list, which cannot be done via Dexxter
