I often use PostNL to send my products (as it is cheaper than Bpost). My company is exempted from VAT and because PostNL is a foreign supplier, I will have to add this supplier to my special vAT declaration.
Now my question is what vAT percentage I should use (21%?).
I am confused because Bpost charges 0% vAT.

I would go for 0% and maybe not even submit a special vAT declaration? Because there is no extra vAT to pay. You can always contact an advisor, but it seems to me that it should be 0% and I don't see the point from a special vAT declaration. Given that it is intended to pay vAT.
