Temporary employment agency and secondary occupation

Question

In order to retain my artist’s allowance, I have to work a certain amount of registered working days.

I now have a secondary occupation with an orchestra. I was wondering if I could invoice one month through a temporary employment agency and other month through my secondary occupation?

Is this possible?

Hello,

If your employer agrees to this, I don't see a problem. Those hours in paid employment are separate from your self-employed activity and therefore do not need to be included in your accounts.
