Switching from vAT

Question

Hello

Can you switch from subject to VAT (under €25,000) to 2nd quarter (over €25,000) quarterly, or is it per calendar year?

We have answered your question in a video: https://vimeo.com/1040360917?share=copy

Thank you very much! Very clear.

A few additional questions:

  • When you received a grant after a call for projects (in this case Literatuur Vlaanderen), are you exempted from VAT)? I am asking this question because I may exceed the 25,000 threshold (due to another project). Do I then provide Literature Flanders with prices with and without vAT?

  • I am not at all sure whether I will reach the €25,000 threshold. I have secured a project where the number of services I will provide and the amount of money I will receive depends on how many people actually sign up for the project. For future quotations (new requests), should I already take this vAT declaration into account and provide a quotation with VAT and without VAT and give an explanation (or how can I best approach this?)

It is best to go through support, as they are quite diverse :) Contact them via the support button at the top of Dexxter or by sending an email to hello@dexxter.be!
