as my turnover is starting to get quite high, I have decided to open a business account in addition to my private account. Can I now transfer the income I have received in recent months on my private account to my business account? Do I also need to change the account on my outgoing invoices?

Bank accounts do not affect your accounting. See also a few posts here in the community and also the learning center.
But for your own convenience, I would change the account number on your sales invoices, yes, you can do this somewhere in the settings.
But in terms of accounting, there is no difference; transfers between bank accounts have no impact on a sole proprietor.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
