Question

Before I started my secondary occupation (1 year in advance), I bought a machine for shredding copper (secondary occupation as an electrician), but can I still book this as an investment or not? This machine has already been paid for in full, but i don’t know where to put it if I can. The same applies to other things. I also bought a computer and monitors more than 6 months before my start date. Can I still include these or is that no longer possible?

I don't think this is possible. Since the machine was purchased before you started your secondary occupation, you cannot justify this expense. After all, you cannot specify the correct tax year.

This is indeed not possible. You can justify a cost/investment you made for the start-up if it was made shortly before the start-up (a month or so). However, the tax authorities will not consider a cost made a year in advance to be a professional expense.
