Reminders – cost

Question

I have an unpaid invoice from a customer. I have now sent them a first reminder, which is non-binding and free of charge. However, I cannot find anywhere on DEXXTER where you can enter reminder costs according to your terms and conditions, where you can set a new date for the reminder invoice, etc. Does anyone know, because the support page is not helping me…

Reminder fees are (if I remember it well) exempted from taxes. So you don't have to enter them. Just mention it to the customer by registered letter/e-mail.I have worked with two other accounting programmes, and with those you could either adjust your invoice and add the reminder fees, or you could create a reminder (ONFACT) + the reminder fees according to your general terms and Conditions. Super handy, so I think it's a shame that DEXXTER doesn't have this feature.

Dexxter still has a few missing features. But the price is lower than the other packages. Dexxter is also very easy to use. Especially for small self-employed people/side hustlers. I completely agree, but ONFACT costs my brother €150 per year, so I think there are still some features to be gained there ;-) That's not an accounting package (?) but an invoicing package. So less focus on correct returns and such. Anyway, question answered, I think.
