Purchases from European supplier exempted from VAT

Question

Hello!

I am exempted from VAT, as is the company from which I made a purchase.
My supplier is an Estonian company (ariregister.rik.ee/eng/company/16605627/Übercool-OÜ).

When I wanted to submit my expenses, I received a notification saying that I was wrongly not paying vAT. So I asked for a new invoice, as it would be issued to a natural person. However, my supplier tells me that because he is VAT exempted, this is not possible because he does not charge vAT to private persons either.

Should I enter this supplier as a private person or how should I proceed in Dexxter?

Thank you for your help!

Elisabeth

I have received feedback that if my European supplier is VAT exempted or not subject to VAT, it is OK to ignore the notification.
