Processed and unprocessed expenses

Question

Because I can’t find it anywhere…

What is the difference between a processed and an unprocessed expense?

A processed expense has already been entered. An unprocessed expense still needs to be entered.

When you take a photo of a receipt, send an invoice to your Dexxter email or upload a document, it will be stated as unprocessed expenses. Once you have processed it by filling in the details, it becomes a 'processed expense' and you can find it in your expenses.
Kind regards,
Louise
