Question

I work for an architectural firm as a self-employed person and invoice them monthly. The amount paid is deposited into my business account. Now I want to transfer part of it to my personal account as income for expenses that have nothing to do with my sole proprietor. I cannot draw up an invoice/receipt for this transaction. How should this be solved from an accounting perspective?

You can certainly transfer this amount without any consequences. Read more
