Posting an investment with a pro forma invoice and a final invoice.

I have made a depreciable investment in a bicycle for the business. I have received two invoices via Peppol: an advance invoice and a final invoice. How can I combine these two to record them, or how can I easily record and combine them as a single depreciation entry?

Sending invoices (after Peppol) by email as well

Now that Peppol has been integrated, I no longer see the option to send invoices to the customer (B2B) by email. Is downloading the invoice and sending it yourself the only option, in other words, is this no longer possible via Dexxter itself?

customer list

I am a specialist chiropodist working as a secondary occupation with a vAT exemption (under €25,000). My customers are therefore private persons. For some, I have to send an invoice (without vAT) to the OCMW or their guardian. Do I need to keep a customer list?

Entering previous years?

I am new at Dexter from Q1 2026. Do I need to enter everything from previous years into Dexter as well? Or should I simply keep all invoices from previous years? And how many years back do I need to keep them?

Customer list 2025. Submit by 30/03/2026

I received an email from Dexxter regarding the required customer list. The explanation was clear, but first an XML file needs to be downloaded. However, I cannot download that file on my PC. What can I do in this case?
