Customise email for outgoing quotations/invoices/credit notes

DearI cannot find the option to customise the email address that appears on my quotations/invoices/credit notes.How can this be solved, because I notice that this is taken from my account. However, I cannot find an option back here to update the email address. Kind regards,Kristof
