No vAT charged by Belgian supplier

Question

Hello,

I have a Belgian company number myself and this may be a stupid question. But if I have invoices from a Belgian supplier where no vAT has been charged, is it correct that I never include these in my vAT declaration?

I’m unsure because this may be the case with a foreign supplier.

Are you sure the supplier is Belgian? Are the purchased goods exempted from VAT?
