I have some conflicting information about whether or not to claim a newspaper subscription as an expense (and if yes, what percentage to claim) – for information, I am a ‘exempted from VAT entrepreneur’. Thank you very much for your experience!

I suppose it depends on what you do. I had never considered it myself (so I have never submitted one either).
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
