Invoice to private persons and personal income tax

Question

Hi, I’m new here. Two questions. I am exempted from VAT and I sell online to private persons via my webshop. My webshop creates an invoice for every sale, but I cannot enter these via invoices, as I cannot enter a company name. Can I just enter my sales via daily receipts? Or am I obliged to use these invoices? I also started in January this year. Do I already have to declare anything in this year’s personal income tax, or is this only for next year’s return?

Kind regards, Melissa

Dear Melissa,

Sales made through your webshop can easily be entered via daily receipts.

You add up all your income from one day that you have sold through your webshop and you can enter, for example, 'income or sales webshop from 18/06/2025' as a reference. Here, you do not need to create separate invoices for this via Dexxter. So if you only applied for your company number in 2025, you do not need to declare anything in your personal income tax this year.
