Question

The customer wants to pay the agreed price in instalments each month. How should I enter this?

Nothing special to enter, I would think? You just create your sales invoice and it will appear in your accounts.

How your customer pays is irrelevant, I would think. So whether they pay in one go or in instalments, it doesn't matter for your accounts. You create a sales invoice and that's all you need to do for your accounts.
