IC listing as non-subject to VAT

Question

I am not subject to VAT (musician) and created an invoice for a Dutch organisation. Dexter tells me to do an IC listing. Is there anything I can indicate somewhere so that the platform knows that I do not have to do this declaration, or do I still have to do it, and if so, how (since I do not have a vAT number)?

But aren't you subject to VAT or exempted from VAT (annual turnover below £25,000)?

Because VAT exempt persons do have to do an IC listing. So it seems to me that you are working in Dexxter with a VAT exempted profile?
