Question

I went karting and received an invoice with vAT on my email. Can I enter this as expenses and how should I do this? Which category?

Thanks in advance,

Dear EA,

Go-karting could be a professional expense in specifically defined cases. For example, if you are a car pilot and this is training. Or if it is a business gift to a customer or supplier. Or as team building with the student working for you on a temporary contract.

So it must have a professional reason. Just going karting, or with friends, is not a professional expense and therefore does not belong in your accounts.
