Um... If I understand correctly, you want to submit quarter 3?
Then you just need to close quarters 1 & 2, do nothing else, just close the quarters. Then you can continue with quarter 3.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
