I work as a psychologist. A client has asked for an invoice for a therapy session because he wants to claim it as an expense for his healthcare company. Can I invoice his company or do I have to invoice him as a private person?

In my opinion, you should invoice his company via Peppol, so that he can claim it as an expense in the correct manner.
The question is, of course: if it concerns psychotherapeutic care (diagnosis, treatment, healing), then isn't this strictly personal?
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
