Filling in gift vouchers in daily receipts

Question

I sell gift vouchers for my services and yesterday a customer came back with one of them. She had to pay extra, but now my question is how do I fill this in on my daily receipts book?Should I write, for example: eyelash tinting + facial waxing – 38 euro/customer (27 euro paid with gift voucher no. 35) and then add 11 euro to what I received?

Yes, I think so. The sale of that voucher is already included in your turnover, so it has already been registered.

Then you just need to register what surplus you have received, otherwise you will be counting twice. Make sure you add an explanation for yourself so that you remember later ;)
