Entering a percentage of the costs for internet, heating and insurance for professional use. How?

Question

How can I easily enter a percentage (10% – 15%) of the costs of Wi-Fi, heating, and fire insurance for my professional workspace at home? Do I have to do this for every month from the year? Or is there a system for doing this quarterly or something?

Based on your documents. So just enter them under expenses, where you can upload and enter your documents. Presumably, those costs (Wi-Fi, electricity, etc.) will be monthly, so you can enter them monthly.

Fire insurance is perhaps per year? Could be. But same logic, enter it via expenses based on the document.

Is it a problem that the invoices from gas and electricity etc. are in my husband's name? Same address, of course. :-)

Hmm, are they paid from a joint bank account (to which you make a contribution)?

If you just want to claim the cost and not recover vAT, that seems fine to me...
