Certain costs on R/C (Current Account)

Question

Good afternoon everyone,

Is it possible to book a certain cost from your invoice to a current account, for example?
Or what do you do with a private expense that is stated on the invoice?

Thanks in advance

Yes, I sometimes have that too... But in Dexxter, you can currently only book one cost category per invoice. Not always convenient, but okay :) During a demo, I heard that this feature is coming soon to allow multiple cost categories per invoice.

How I enter it for now: I split one invoice into two bookings. One booking for the small purchases, for example, and then another booking for the investment using the same invoice. I recently bought a new laptop with some extra stuff, hence the example. I entered the laptop as an investment and the rest as small purchases. So I think you can also apply that to your private items that are stated on the invoice. Just enter what counts for your accounts and don't enter the private part. It's a bit of a detour, but it works for me, perhaps because it doesn't happen very often :)

They are going to finish with main professionals in sole proprietors first; I thought I heard from a demo this month. Then multiple cost categories because there was a question number.

Thank you for your answers. This has solved my questions.
