Can server installation costs be recorded as an investment?

Question

I rent servers online for my company’s hosting. However, setting up new servers comes with an initial installation cost (the total cost is more than €250). Should I book this setup cost as an investment? Or is it just extra hosting costs because I don’t buy the servers myself?
