Do all contracts (telecoms, water, gas, etc.) have to state my name?

Hello!
I am about to start my secondary occupation. I am reading up on professional expenses, but I cannot find anywhere whether all contracts relating to telecoms, water, gas, etc. need to be in my own name?
Currently, they are all registered in my husband’s name. They will also only be included in part. We live at the same address (where my company will also be registered). Will I have to have all of these updated to myself as the contract holder in order to proceed?

No, indeed, no vAT will be recovered, just the cost will be claimed.
The fact that the address is the same seems to me to be the most important point, but of course you never know.
