Booking as an expense

Question

I started a course two years ago and recently completed it. I started my business one month ago and would like to enter the registration fee as an expense. Is this possible/allowed?

In principle, you can only deduct professional expenses once you have started your self-employed activity. The tax authorities are generally flexible about expenses incurred just before the start of the activity (e.g. your administrative costs), but two years is perhaps a bit long.
