Amount received on customers in dashboard is higher than outstanding invoices

Question

I have a puzzle: the amount to be received from customers in my dashboard is considerably higher than the invoices I still have outstanding. I have opened all financial years and nowhere is there an outstanding invoice. How is this possible?

Hello Joris,

I'm afraid I can't give you a satisfactory answer, as I don't remember such things. But I imagine that I viewed everything in detail again, and perhaps a few invoices still had the wrong 'statute'.
