Accounting and expenses

Question

Suppose I start as a self-employed person in a secondary occupation on 1 June. Can I only claim expenses from that date, or can I also claim expenses from before that date, even though I do not yet have a company number? And although you can take an accounting course at Dexxter, would it still be worthwhile to take an additional accounting course at, for example, Laudius or Nha?

When I started at Dexxter, I read an article about this on their learning center. It told you everything you need to know about what purchases you can enter from before you start your business and how to do so.

I'll search it up for you.

I've found it. Just search for 'from before starting' on the learning center. I think here will help you: https://dexxter.be/kan-ik-purchases-inbrengen-van-voor-de-opstart-als-zelfstandige/
