Question

I have an invoice from my car rental/lease that states different cost categories (capital repayment, maintenance, interest, insurance).

How should I enter this? Can I enter different cost categories on one invoice?

It is best to enter this as two different costs. You can then upload the same document as 'proof' for both expenses.

Kind regards,
Louise

Thank you Louise,

Does this also apply if all costs are services related to the car? I am also free from vAT.

Since all costs fall under services and car, I have currently entered it as one expense with the exact cost per item (insurance, repayment, maintenance, interest) in the description.

Kind regards,
Myrthe
