First VAT declaration

Question

My business started on November 10. That means I only have to file a vAT declaration for Q4.
However, I already incurred costs in Q3, such as for a desktop and other equipment. How do I correctly reflect this in the Q4 declaration? Should I just add the boxes that Dexxter shows for Q3 to Q4 and submit it that way, or what is the correct procedure for this?
