Question

Dear community, I have not yet started as a self-employed person in a secondary occupation and was wondering how the taxes deal with fixed professional expenses when filing personal income tax returns if you have a sole proprietor in a secondary occupation. Kind regards (and curious), Ivo

Hello Ivo,

If I am good (I hope/think I am good), I once heard someone from Dexxter say that they do not yet have fixed professional expenses in their platform.

So only the actual costs are entered into Dexxter and then they end up in the personal income tax (so that you can enter them collectively in Dexxter). But you will find some information about how fixed professional expenses work, won't you?

Or was that your actual question? :p Or how does that work in Dexxter?

Hello,

As an employee, I have a tax deduction of around 4,000 euros as a fixed professional expense. When I work self-employed in secondary occupation, I incur actual costs for my sole proprietor. I actually wanted to know whether you retain or incur a loss of the fixed tax deduction for my main occupation.
