Can you enter online purchases on Amazon.nl as expenses?

I wonder if this is allowed, given that these items often come from (faraway) abroad (regardless of the fact that this is a .nl site). However, I can often find most of my parts here. That’s why this is quite a large expenses for me… Does anyone have any experience with this?
