That seems a bit far-fetched to me :)
Unless you're going for a special driving licence, for a large lorry or something, but personally I think a normal driving licence is a bit far-fetched to include in your expenses.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
