Investment sell after lease expiry

Question

Hello,

Our financial lease has expired and we are stopped with this additional activity, so we are going to sell this ‘investment’. (The potential buyer is also a company.)

How should I process this in Dexxter, simply by entering a sale? There is no uRL anywhere from the purchased investment.

Kind regards,

Steve

If it has been fully depreciated, it will no longer appear on your depreciation table in Dexxter. Is that correct?

Then you can simply create a sales invoice in Dexxter, with all the details from what you are selling. There is nothing left in your accounts in terms of investment or costs or anything else. You then create a sales invoice and all that turnover is entered in your accounts as profit. If it is still on your depreciation table (because it has not yet been fully depreciated, which was my situation, for example), you can click on the three dots to the right of an investment in the depreciation table. There you can register a sale and everything will work fine in the background.

Hopefully that helps ;)
