vAT for foreign companies – services in Belgium

Question

I regularly provide services for a foreign company (Tripadvisor/Viator). They collect money from tourists and then book a tour with me in Belgium for these people.

According to the most basic rules, this is an invoice for a company outside the EU, and therefore no vAT is applicable. However, the services are provided in Belgium and would therefore be subject to vAT.

Can anyone help me here?

I don't think you'll get that in Dexxter. They automatically apply reverse charge vAT to foreign customers. I don't think you can charge Belgian vAT and have a foreign customer in Dexxter. That's what I think, anyway :) I wonder if anyone else would like to make a contribution, or you could ask them, of course.
