Question

Hey!

I use American software a lot for my marketing assignments. The invoices always state an amount without mentioning a vAT amount. Can I still claim this as an expense? Do I have to tick ‘Include in vAT declaration’?

That's normal. Outside Europe, they don't have vAT, so it makes sense that there is no vAT on it. Just create a supplier outside the EU and enter it. Exclusive is the same as inclusive, and follow the steps.

Thank you!

Do you also have to file a special vAT declaration for something like this?
