I have added my own terms and Conditions to the invoice in Dexxter. But the customer received on a completely blank first page, except for the title. The text of the terms and Conditions then starts on page 2.

I think you should log in this to Dexxter support, because it sounds like a bug.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
