Question

I would start with an online shop as a secondary occupation (vAT exemption). Do I also have to keep inventory, am I required to issue invoices for my customers who buy online?

Inventory is all the products you have purchased but not yet sold. Suppose you buy 100 key rings to sell on your online shop, then this is a trade good. If you still have 90 key rings left at the end of the financial year, you must enter their value in dexxter. You do not do this per product but for all trade goods together. It is best to keep an overview for yourself. If something is sold online, I would enter this as daily receipts. You do not need to create an invoice for each customer.
