Bol Invoices only in name due to vAT exemption

Question

Dear Sir/Madam, I have created a company account via Bol. Only when I enter my VAT number do I receive invoices without VAT, but I am required to pay them, so I have now created an account on the name of my company with Bol. Is this acceptable? Thank you for your advice.

Bol only issues invoices without VAT. I had the same problem, contacted them, and they only issue invoices this way. What you need to do is fill in a special vAT declaration for these invoices every quarter. Through these declarations, you then pay your vAT on the commission and postage stamps to the state in Belgium and you are okay. I am also not subject to VAT, so I have the same vAT type as you :)

In the meantime, I have also learned that it is sufficient to state my company name/name instead of my vAT number... In the latter case, you will receive invoices without vAT, but this means extra work.

Thank you for your response.
