Unfortunately, that is not allowed (and therefore not possible). The law requires you to fill in daily receipts every day, as long as you actually use daily receipts :)
So, unfortunately, you will have to enter a status every day. Fortunately, this can be done very quickly; just fill in "nothing sold via daily receipts". That status is already available! Regarding NP's second question: I think you can just enter the daily receipts after your holiday. As I acknowledge, it's impossible to fill in daily receipts in advance.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
