From chaos to creativity: how Morgane found her own rhythm with ATM

Morgane Voet, ATM

Morgane is living proof that entrepreneurship doesn’t start with a perfect plan, but with a healthy dose of enthusiasm and courage. What once began with homemade business cards in high school grew into a creative secondary occupation and a full-time self-employed career. Her story shows that the path to entrepreneurship isn’t always straightforward—and that’s totally okay.

From vegan soap to visual strategy

After completing her studies in communication management, Morgane started working in administration, but she soon realized it wasn’t her thing. She wanted to make something of her own—something creative, something that truly suited her.

Her first attempt? Launching a vegan soap brand focused on self-care and me-time. But although the idea sounded great on paper, Morgane realized after a while that it wasn’t the right fit. “I’m super busy, chaotic, and have ADHD,” she explains. “That calm, self-care vibe? That’s just not me.”

But the desire to build something remained. She started working at a social media agency, learned tons, and saw firsthand how valuable her work was—even though the money often went to others. “I thought: I’m doing all the work, but they’re the ones making money off it. What if I just did it myself?”

ATM: a creative concept with a mission

ATM started as a secondary occupation, but for Morgane, from day one, it was more than just “freelancing under her own name”. She wanted to build something that could stand on its own as a brand, with a recognizable style and image. “Everyone can know I’m the one behind it, but I really wanted to develop a concept around it,” she explains.

Why ATM? It’s simple: it’s a name that resonates and that she could define entirely on her own. No acronym, no specific meaning. Just a strong identity where she could channel her creativity. “I wanted to establish my own branding so strongly that people would immediately recognize: she made this. Even if, at first glance, these might not be the most important things, I want to show what I’m capable of.”

This drive to leave her mark is typical of Morgane. ATM became her way of standing out in a world full of freelancers. A visually strong and well-thought-out brand that reinforces her work—from content to design—and makes it recognizable.

The leap to full-time self-employment

Despite the many part-time jobs and variety—from coffee shops to recruitment—Morgane kept dreaming of complete freedom. She wanted to be able to organize her own days, work when it suited her, and make her own choices.

“If I want to work at 10 P.M., I want to be able to do so. And if I’m exhausted at 9 A.M., I just want to rest.” For Morgane, entrepreneurship is about freedom, not rigid systems.

And the leap? It happened sooner than planned. “Financially, it was actually way too early, but I felt: now is the time. Otherwise, I’ll never go for it.”

Dexxter as a partner in freedom

Running a business raises a lot of questions, especially when it comes to accounting. Morgane already had experience with an accountant when she first launched her soap-making project. But with ATM, she wanted to take a different approach: simpler, and in her own hands.

Through a friend and Acerta, she ended up choosing Dexxter. “I had so many questions; I had looked everything up, but I just couldn’t figure it out. Dexxter helped me so much there.”

Now she does everything in the app: invoices, VAT declarations, and tracking income and expenses. “I don’t know anything about accounting, but with Dexxter, I feel like I’m doing everything right. It’s so user-friendly. Everything is clearly organized. I don’t feel stressed anymore.”

“I recommend it to anyone who, like me, gets stressed out by administration. You don’t need to know anything about bookkeeping—Dexxter does it right alongside you.”

Growing with confidence

Morgane’s ambition is clear: she wants to be able to make a living from ATM, save money, maybe buy an apartment someday, and… who knows—maybe even have clients in New York. “I want to be able to travel between Antwerp and New York. Just build a life the way I want it.”
